We will work independently and in small groups to build confidence in our abilities as home educators. Everyone will leave feeling they have a better understanding of their personal educational philosophy and more confidence in their ability to put that philosophy into action. We will touch on various popular methods of homeschooling (including unschooling) and try our hand at curriculum development based on your own educational outlook. Schedule
This workshop wil involve both individual and small group work as the basis for identifying personal philosophies and gaining confidence in curriculum development. Unschoolers will find ""curriculum development"" can be a loosely defined term for their purposes, with the end goal being the same- increased confidence in one's ability to facilitate a child's learning.

A lunch break will be given and there will be time for asking questions built into the day's schedule.
