What is your philosophy on and approach to behavioral management?
If I know I am in control, they know I am in control. If I deeply respect and admire my students, they will respect and admire me. Kids get over-exuberant when learning is great fun, but they don't misbehave. I don't need a philosophy on behavioral management. Behavior has never been a problem in my classroom.
Who was your favorite teacher and why?
My favorite teachers are my students.
