Hi, I'm Fanny!
Tell us a little bit about yourself.
Fanny was born and raised in Ecuador where she graduated from the Technical University of Ambato with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She worked as preschool and kindergarten teacher in Ecuador before moving to the United States in 2003. After volunteering at the Daycare Shirley Chisholm in Brooklyn, New York, she then became an afterschool Spanish teacher for children ages four to seven years in the program Let's play Song. She currently works as a private Spanish tutor with children from 3 to 7 years teaching them to speak, write, and understand the language through games, songs, art and music. The most inspiring part of being a teacher for her is is seeing kids communicate with others in Spanish. It makes her look forward to new challenges and discover new things to develop her Spanish groups.
